Dilip Buildcon Limited has been awarded a significant project valued at Rs 698.49 crore by the Narmada Water Resources Water Supply & Kalpasar Department, Government of Gujarat. The project involves the construction of a flood protection embankment on the Narmada River in Bharuch district, to be executed on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis.
The company received the letter of acceptance (LOA) for this domestic project, which is expected to be completed within 24 months. This development follows an earlier announcement made by the company on February 17, 2026, and adheres to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The project, which does not involve any related party transactions, is a domestic endeavour and does not include any interests from the promoter or promoter group companies. The contract is set to enhance flood protection measures along the Narmada River, a critical infrastructure development for the region.
As per the company’s code of conduct for the prevention of insider trading and in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the information is made publicly available.
