Diffusion Engineers Limited has announced that its management will conduct a meeting and plant visit with Nirbhay Investment Opportunities Fund on Tuesday, 24th March, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India.
The company made the pre-intimation disclosure in compliance with Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and Schedule III Part A thereof.
Diffusion Engineers clarified that no unpublished price-sensitive information (UPSI) will be shared during the visit. The discussion with the investor will be based on generally available information and is not related to any UPSI, in accordance with the company’s Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
The company also noted that any unforeseen exigency on the part of either the company, investors, or analysts may lead to a change in the date or time of the scheduled meet and plant visit.
