Dalmia Bharat will participate in two major institutional investor conferences scheduled for early June 2026, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing to the National Stock Exchange of India.
The company’s management will attend Bank of America‘s flagship India conference on June 3, 2026, followed by the Citi India Conference 2026 on June 4, 2026. Both events will be held in Mumbai and will include one-on-one and group meetings with investors and analysts.
The company stated that no Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) will be disclosed during these conferences or investor meetings, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The dates of the conferences remain subject to change at the discretion of the organisers or the company’s representatives.
