Zensar Technologies has recommended a final dividend of ₹11 per equity share of face value ₹2 each (i.e., 550%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company stated it will inform the record date for the dividend in due course.
