Zen Technologies Limited, India’s leading defense training and anti-drone technology provider, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TXT e-Tech and PACE, part of the globally renowned TXT Group specializing in aerospace and defense technology. The agreement was formalized during Aero India 2025 at Yelahanka Air Force Station, Bengaluru.
This partnership will enhance Zen Technologies’ pilot training and simulation capabilities, strengthening its presence in the aviation sector. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and cost-effective solutions, the collaboration aims to deliver advanced training systems tailored for modern military aviation.
The MoU focuses on developing next-generation pilot training solutions, including Part Task Trainers, Full Flight Simulators, and Full Mission Simulators. TXT e-Tech, a global leader in software for fixed and rotary-wing pilot training, will complement Zen’s expertise in R&D and simulation technology to meet the increasing demand for high-fidelity flight simulators.
By integrating Zen’s capabilities in display projection, digital imagery, electronics, and system integration with TXT e-Tech and PACE’s aerospace expertise in software development, integration, and certification, the partnership will ensure cost-effective, high-quality aviation training simulators.
