Zen Technologies Limited, a global leader in combat training solutions and anti-drone systems, has acquired Applied Research International Private Limited (ARIPL) and ARI Labs Private Limited (ALPL) for ₹130 crore. This acquisition strengthens Zen Technologies’ position in simulation technologies for defense and security forces.
Founded in 1998, ARIPL specializes in simulation and assessment tools for the marine, offshore, naval, ports & terminals, construction, and mining industries. It also provides e-governance solutions for India’s Directorate General of Shipping, reporting an operational revenue of ₹92.18 crores for FY 2023-24.
ALPL, also established in 1998, focuses on marine and naval simulation technologies, generating ₹94.07 lakhs in revenue for FY 2023-24.
