Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has entered into a strategic agreement with Chennai Super Kings Cricket Limited, strengthening its presence in the sports and corporate ecosystem. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Under the agreement, Zaggle will offer its Zaggle Corporate Expense Cards to the employees and associates of Chennai Super Kings Cricket Limited. The contract is domestic in nature and will remain valid for a period of one year.
This client contract enables Zaggle to expand the adoption of its corporate expense management solutions within one of India’s most recognised cricket franchises. The arrangement focuses on providing seamless expense tracking, improved financial control, and digital payment solutions tailored for corporate usage.
As per the regulatory filing, there is no promoter or promoter group interest involved in the awarding entity. Additionally, the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
