Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has announced a strategic partnership with Euronet Services India Private Limited to roll out co-branded prepaid card solutions for corporate clients. The development was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, through an official stock exchange filing dated February 10, 2026 (IST).
Under the agreement, Zaggle will collaborate with Euronet Worldwide’s India arm to offer prepaid card products that are seamlessly integrated with Zaggle’s spend management and expense automation platform. The partnership is aimed at helping enterprises gain stronger control over employee spending, improve real-time visibility of expenses, and enhance compliance through automated workflows.
The co-branded prepaid card solution is designed to simplify enterprise spending by combining payment capabilities with digital expense management. Corporates using the platform will be able to monitor transactions in real time, set spending limits, and automate reconciliation, thereby improving operational efficiency and governance.
The agreement has been entered into with a domestic entity and is structured as a co-branding partnership. It will be valid for a period of five years, providing Zaggle with a long-term opportunity to scale its SaaS offerings and expand its presence in the prepaid cards and corporate payments segment.
