Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has informed the exchanges that it has entered into an Amendment Agreement with BOBCARD Limited (formerly BOB Financial Solutions Limited) on October 15, 2025. This follows the previously disclosed Master Service Agreement dated October 5, 2023.
Under the amendment, Zaggle will now receive additional commissions based on spends for providing BOBCARD’s Commercial Cards in conjunction with the Zaggle Spend Management platform. The move is expected to strengthen the partnership between the two companies and enhance Zaggle’s revenue from card-based commercial transactions.
