Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has announced a new strategic partnership with HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited, strengthening its presence in the enterprise rewards and engagement space. The development was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Under the agreement, Zaggle will provide its Zaggle Propel reward platform to HDFC ERGO. The platform is designed to support structured reward and engagement programmes, helping organisations improve employee and partner motivation through a digital-first rewards ecosystem. The contract has been signed as a service agreement and will be valid for a period of three years.
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and will be executed entirely within India. There is no involvement or interest from Zaggle’s promoter or promoter group in HDFC ERGO, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and governance norms.
While the company has not disclosed the monetary value of the agreement, the partnership is expected to add to Zaggle’s recurring service revenue base and reinforce its positioning as a key provider of prepaid, rewards, and employee engagement solutions for large Indian enterprises.
