Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Limited has officially acquired a 60% equity stake in MGS Infotech Research and Solutions Private Limited, marking a significant step in its expansion strategy. The acquisition is aimed at launching a new hospital located in Sector 20B, Faridabad, Haryana.
In its filing dated March 29, 2025, the company confirmed that it has completed all necessary formalities, including the transfer of equity shares, and now holds controlling interest in MGS Infotech. This move follows earlier announcements made on October 30, 2024, and January 18, 2025 regarding the acquisition plan.
With the transaction now concluded, Yatharth Hospital is set to begin operations at the Faridabad facility soon, further strengthening its presence in the Delhi-NCR region’s healthcare sector.
This acquisition is in line with the company’s broader strategy to expand its footprint through strategic partnerships and investments in high-potential medical infrastructure.
