Wipro Limited has announced a significant five-year strategic engagement with Vorwerk, the world-leading direct seller of high-quality household appliances, to manage and transform its IT ecosystem. The partnership aims to future-proof Vorwerk’s IT infrastructure by deploying Wipro’s AI-powered infrastructure operations solutions, consolidating all business applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity onto a unified platform to boost operational efficiency and enhance cyber-risk management.

The engagement will also focus on working closely with Vorwerk’s technology partners to enrich customer engagement, standardize the product portfolio, and accelerate time to market with a robust technology roadmap. Wipro will additionally build an end-to-end support portal to provide a seamless end-user experience.
