Wipro Limited has announced a strategic collaboration with SIAM.AI, a member of the NVIDIA Cloud Partner Program in Thailand, to create an AI-powered digital assistant for the Tourism Authority of Thailand. The partnership will leverage NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and software to enhance Thailand’s sovereign AI goals and revolutionize the tourism experience.
The AI assistant, named Sukjai, will be powered by NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, SIAM.AI, and Wipro’s Enterprise Generative AI (WeGA) Studio. Designed to assist both domestic and international travelers, Sukjai will provide personalized, real-time information on transportation, lodging availability, activities, and crowd flow at top tourist attractions. The assistant will also offer safety alerts, emergency services information, and tailored recommendations based on individual preferences.
This 24/7 virtual assistant aims to streamline communication, reduce wait times, and improve the overall visitor experience by offering timely updates on essential travel details. By combining advanced AI and local infrastructure, the collaboration is set to support Thailand’s tourism sector and enhance its global competitiveness.
