Vikram Solar Limited has entered into a strategic domestic cell procurement agreement with Jupiter International Limited to source high-efficiency solar cells aggregating to 2GW.

The company disclosed that the agreement was executed on February 20, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Under the agreement, Vikram Solar will procure high-efficiency TopCon solar cells and high-efficiency mono PERC solar cells. The total procurement size is valued at approximately ₹2,000 crore. The products will be ALMM-compliant crystalline solar cells, aligning with domestic manufacturing and Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) requirements.

The company clarified that there is no shareholding in Jupiter International Limited in connection with this agreement. It further stated that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions and that Jupiter International Limited is not related to the promoter, promoter group, or group companies of Vikram Solar.

No special rights such as appointment of directors, share subscription rights, or restrictions on capital structure form part of the agreement. There is no issuance of shares or loan arrangement involved in the transaction.
