Vikas Lifecare Limited has disclosed its potential involvement in ongoing litigation related to financial irregularities at Eraaya Lifespaces Limited, another entity associated with the company’s promoters. The investigation pertains to alleged financial misconduct involving Mr. Robin Raina, who has been suspended from all key positions pending the outcome of the inquiry.
In a filing with the stock exchanges, Vikas Lifecare stated that a comprehensive investigation into the financial irregularities at Eraaya Lifespaces is being conducted under the supervision of a High-Powered Steering Committee. The company noted that it may become a party to the litigation as the investigation progresses.
The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and follows earlier reports of litigation initiated against Mr. Raina. Vikas Lifecare has committed to providing updates as the situation develops.
For now, Mr. Robin Raina remains suspended from all key positions within Eraaya Lifespaces and the broader organization until the investigation concludes.
