Unitech Limited has announced its Q2 FY25 financial results, highlighting a decline in revenue and a widening of net losses. The company’s revenue for Q2 FY25 stood at ₹72.84 crore, a decrease of 4.8% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹76.50 crore in Q2 FY24. Sequentially, revenue also declined from ₹74.32 crore in Q1 FY25, indicating a 2% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) decrease.

In terms of profitability, Unitech reported a net loss of ₹766.77 crore for Q2 FY25. This reflects a widening loss compared to ₹744.04 crore in Q2 FY24. However, on a QoQ basis, the loss has narrowed from ₹1,206 crore in Q1 FY25, signaling some improvement in managing costs and operational efficiency.

The YoY drop in revenue and the widened annual loss underline Unitech’s ongoing challenges, though the reduced loss on a QoQ basis suggests initial progress in addressing financial pressures.
