
TARIL Switchgear Private Limited, a subsidiary of Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited, has launched its 245 kV high voltage bushings, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to backward integration and manufacturing excellence. Produced at the state-of-the-art facility in Changodar, Ahmedabad, these bushings undergo stringent quality control to ensure top-tier performance and durability.
Designed for superior reliability, these high-voltage bushings are built to withstand the most demanding conditions. They incorporate Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to enhance quality and longevity. Sustainability is also at the core of their development, utilizing eco-friendly materials and processes to align with global environmental standards.
The launch of these bushings marks a significant step forward in India’s electrical infrastructure, offering a dependable solution for power transmission and distribution.
In the meantime, today, the company has successfully allotted 1:1 bonus equity shares, doubling its total paid-up equity capital. The Board’s Allotment Committee approved the issuance of 1,50,082,917 fully paid-up bonus shares of ₹1 each, increasing the total equity capital from ₹15,00,82,917 to ₹30,01,65,834.
The record date for the bonus share allotment was February 14, 2025, ensuring that shareholders listed on this date were eligible for the bonus issue. These newly issued shares will carry the same rights and benefits as existing equity shares, including eligibility for dividends and corporate entitlements.
