Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has announced that it has bagged a significant order worth ₹103.45 crore from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO). This marks another milestone for the company, further strengthening its position as one of India’s leading transformer manufacturers.
According to the company’s filing, the order includes the manufacturing and supply of 54 units of various types of transformers, along with all associated work. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity, reinforcing the company’s strong foothold in the Indian power transmission and distribution sector.
The company stated that the delivery of the transformers is scheduled for completion by the next financial year, ensuring timely execution as per project requirements.
Transformers and Rectifiers (India) confirmed that this order has been received in the normal course of business and does not fall under related party transactions. Furthermore, the company clarified that the promoter group does not hold any interest in the awarding entity, ensuring a transparent business process.
