Surya Roshni Limited announced on April 3 that it has secured a major order worth Rs 116.15 crore (including GST) from GAIL India Limited. The order pertains to the supply of coated pipes for projects located in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
As per the exchange filing, the contract involves the delivery of HFW 355.60 X 8.7 & 10.3 WT, GR X-70 PSL-2 coated pipes. The order is expected to be executed over a timeline of 39 weeks.
This development reinforces Surya Roshni’s presence in the domestic infrastructure sector, particularly in the supply of pipes to public sector undertakings. The company clarified that the transaction does not involve any related party interest.
Shares of Surya Roshni could be in focus in the upcoming sessions following the announcement.
