Shares of Sula Vineyards are in focus after the company informed stock exchanges that its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Ms. Shalaka Koparkar, has resigned from her position, citing personal reasons.

In a regulatory filing dated December 24, 2025, Sula Vineyards said that Ms. Koparkar had submitted her resignation letter on September 22, 2025, which has now been formally accepted by the company. She will be relieved from her official responsibilities with effect from the close of business hours on December 24, 2025, and will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company from the same date .

The company clarified that the resignation falls under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, and accordingly, the necessary disclosures have been made to both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE.

Sula Vineyards also stated that it has already identified a suitable candidate to fill the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and the appointment will be formalised subject to receipt of required approvals.

Ms. Koparkar, in her resignation letter addressed to the board, confirmed that she served a three-month notice period to ensure a smooth transition and thanked the board, senior management, and the finance team for their support during her tenure with the company .
