SRM Contractors Limited has announced a major contract win worth ₹155.02 crore from the Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (MSIDC). The order, received under the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) mode, involves the improvement and upgradation of the Borande–Uprale–Kasa–Saiwan–Udhava–Talasari–Sanjan Road (SH-73), covering Km 45/800 to 99/600 in the Dahanu and Talasari regions of Palghar district, Maharashtra.
The project aims to enhance regional road connectivity and is expected to be completed within 18 months from the appointed date. This new order highlights SRM Contractors’ growing presence and technical capability in executing large-scale infrastructure projects across India.
According to the company’s filing with the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the contract is entirely domestic, with no related-party involvement. The promoters or promoter group have no interest in the awarding entity, confirming that the deal was made at arm’s length.
