Sonata Software has recently informed exchanges that the company bagged significant multi-million dollar deal with a global leader in access solutions. This transformative project will integrate and standardize the client’s business processes across 13 countries in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, ensuring smooth, real-time interactions with customers, suppliers, distributors, and partners.
As part of this digital transformation journey, Sonata Software will modernize the client’s Dynamics AX 2012 R3 system to the cutting-edge D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. The project will include migrating data from legacy systems, implementing a comprehensive data platform with over 260 Power BI reports, optimizing advanced warehousing and planning processes, and rolling out pilot programs in Australia, New Zealand, and China.
Furthermore, an intelligence layer powered by Microsoft Fabric will be developed, accelerating the client’s data-to-decision journey and enhancing operational efficiency. This high-impact modernization deal was secured in Q1 FY25 and was highlighted during Sonata’s earnings call on July 31, 2024.
