Shukra Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced that it received an official Authorization Letter on December 3, 2025, from Integra Medical Devices India Private Limited. With this approval, the company has been designated as the Authorized Distributor for all medical equipment and device purchases made under the Directorate General Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS) across India.
Under this authorization, Shukra Pharmaceuticals will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and supplying Integra Medical Devices India’s products for DGAFMS-affiliated requirements. This includes supporting procurement needs across defence hospitals, command units, and other defence-related organisations operating under DGAFMS.
The authorization also allows the company to serve as the official point of distribution for all DGAFMS procurement initiated from the date of issuance. Shukra Pharmaceuticals will work in close coordination with Integra Lifesciences on every project and will operate in line with agreed commercial terms, compliance standards, and ethical business practices.
The authorization remains valid until December 31, 2026, unless concluded earlier as outlined in the terms of the letter.
