Sharika Enterprises Limited has announced that it has received a significant order from the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) — a joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of Delhi.
According to the company’s filing with the stock exchange, the contract is for the supply and installation of Link Boxes and Cable Outer Sheath Jackets (Sleeves) in the Traction Department of DMRC, valued at Rs 80.85 lakh.
The company stated that the contract will be executed within a period of nine months, and it falls under the category of supply and installation work. The project does not involve any related party transactions, and neither the promoters nor the promoter group have any interest in the awarding entity.
Sharika Enterprises noted that the order reinforces its ongoing partnership with infrastructure and metro rail projects across the country, marking another milestone in its contributions to India’s transport infrastructure development.
