Sharika Enterprises Limited has secured a purchase order worth Rs 19.13 crore from JSW Steel Limited for the supply and services of high-tension cables.
The order includes the supply and installation of 220 KV HT cables and 33 KV cables along with accessories at JSW Steel’s Dolvi facility. The project is expected to be executed within six months .
The company confirmed that the order was awarded by a domestic entity, does not involve any related-party transactions, and that its promoters or group companies have no interest in JSW Steel.
Sharika Enterprises is engaged in the business of providing electrical and energy infrastructure solutions, including high-tension cables, transformers, and related services.
