Servotech Renewable Power Systems Limited has announced the signing of a Joint Venture Agreement with BEKEM Infra Projects Private Limited to participate in government-led renewable energy initiatives. The collaboration aims to focus on rooftop solar projects and allied infrastructure development under flagship schemes such as the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
The agreement has been structured purely for project participation, with no equity shareholding between the two companies. Servotech confirmed that there are no special rights, related party transactions, or share issuances involved in the JV. Both companies will work independently while leveraging their combined expertise to secure and execute large-scale solar energy projects promoted by the government.
Through this partnership, Servotech Renewable Power Systems looks to strengthen its role in India’s growing renewable energy landscape. With the government’s strong push for clean energy adoption, particularly rooftop solar solutions for households, the joint venture is expected to unlock new opportunities and expand Servotech’s project portfolio.
