SEAMEC SWORDFISH, a vessel owned by SEAMEC, officially commenced its charter with Mermaid Subsea Services in Saudi Arabia on December 21, 2024.

“We wish to inform you that our Vessel “SEAMEC SWORDFISH” has commenced its charter with M/s. Mermaid Subsea Services, Saudi Arabia with effect from 21st December 2024,” he company shared on exchanges.

This marks an important milestone in the partnership between the two companies. SEAMEC had previously announced this charter in its letter dated December 16, 2024.

SEAMEC shares opened at 1,137.95, reaching a high of 1,139.10 and a low of 1,106.80 on the day. Over the past 52 weeks, the stock has hit a high of 1,669.95 and a low of 901.00.
