REC Limited has announced its 4th interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25. In a board meeting held on March 19, 2025, the company declared a dividend of ₹3.60 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 each.
The record date for the dividend is set for March 26, 2025, ensuring that shareholders holding REC shares as of this date will be eligible for the payout. The dividend will be credited or dispatched on or before April 16, 2025.
Shareholders holding shares in electronic form will receive the dividend as per the details provided by depositories, while those holding physical shares will receive it based on the company’s register of members.
In the meantime, REC shares opened at ₹425.00 on Wednesday, reaching a high of ₹429.50 and a low of ₹421.50 during the session. The stock remains significantly below its 52-week high of ₹654.00 but stays above the 52-week low of ₹357.35.
