According to the press release, Ramco Systems won 2 Gold, 1 Silver, and 1 Bronze across categories covering Best Payroll Software and Best Payroll Outsourcing Partner, two of the most competitive segments in the event. Organized by Human Resources magazine, the awards are considered among Asia’s most prestigious recognitions for HR solution providers.

Ramco highlighted that the wins were driven by its flagship product Ramco Payce, a next-generation, AI-enabled payroll platform designed to offer a “touchless, future-ready payroll experience.” The solution uses AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate manual processes, improve accuracy, enhance compliance, and reduce operational overheads.
The company said Ramco Payce can process 100 million payroll records in under 30 minutes and comes with an AI-powered chatbot that handles more than half of repetitive payroll and HR queries while offering over 50 self-service functions. The platform also provides Self-Explaining Payslips for deeper compensation insights.
