Global aviation software leader Ramco Systems has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The ePlane Company (Ubifly Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), a pioneering Indian startup working on the future of urban air mobility through its flagship electric aircraft, the ePlane e200X.
Under this collaboration, ePlane will leverage Ramco Aviation Software to manage the full lifecycle of its e200X fleet, including air taxis, air ambulances, and air cargo operations. The partnership aims to build a strong digital backbone to support ePlane’s growth as it moves from prototype to manufacturing and commercial deployment.
As the e200X advances through certification and regulatory stages, both companies will jointly implement Ramco’s advanced aviation suite in phases—ensuring seamless integration from production to operation.
The Ramco Aviation Software suite will give ePlane access to a wide range of capabilities across Engineering & CAMO, Maintenance, Supply Chain, MRO & Part Sales, Flight Operations, Safety, Quality and Compliance, Manufacturing, Employee Management, and Finance & Accounting.
This strategic MoU strengthens Ramco Systems’ position in the fast-evolving urban air mobility (UAM) ecosystem while supporting ePlane’s mission to make intra-city air transport faster, more efficient, and environmentally sustainable.
