Brahma aims to revolutionize AI-driven content workflows across video, image, and audio by integrating cutting-edge AI, data, and content management technologies. This move strengthens Brahma’s capabilities by merging DNEG’s award-winning innovation, Ziva’s advanced digital human simulation, and Metaphysic’s AI-powered neural performance tools. Brahma will also leverage CLEARⓇ, a purpose-built AI platform with a global client base, developed over eight years of extensive R&D.

The acquisition follows Ziva’s recognition with a 2025 SciTech Award by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences and Metaphysic’s Emerging Technology Award at the Visual Effects Society Awards.
