Prestige Estates Projects Limited, a major real estate developer in India, announced the launch of four residential projects in Q4 FY25. These projects span Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, adding a total developable area of 14.03 million square feet, comprising 4,548 housing units with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,61,338 million.
The launched projects include:

Prestige Suncrest, Bengaluru: 0.86 million sq. ft., 437 units, GDV ₹6,976 million

Prestige Nautilus, Mumbai: 2.92 million sq. ft., 325 units, GDV ₹86,651 million

Prestige Southern Star – Phase I, Bengaluru: 5.21 million sq. ft., 2,130 units, GDV ₹35,707 million

Prestige Spring Heights, Hyderabad: 5.05 million sq. ft., 1,656 units, GDV ₹32,004 million
Despite most launches occurring late in the quarter, sales performance was notable. Prestige Nautilus in Mumbai recorded ₹23,857 million in sales within a month. Bengaluru’s Prestige Southern Star and Hyderabad’s Prestige Spring Heights achieved ₹13,821 million and ₹11,101 million in sales, respectively, within the quarter’s closing days.
