PNC Infratech Limited has announced the early completion of a major highway project awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The project involved the four-laning of NH 530B from Caju Village in Mathura-Aligarh District Boundary to Devinagar Bypass in Uttar Pradesh, covering a design length of 33.018 km under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The project, valued at ₹738 crore, was completed two months ahead of the scheduled completion date of December 31, 2024.
The Independent Engineer issued a Provisional Completion Certificate (PCOD) dated December 7, 2024, declaring the project fit for commercial operations effective from October 31, 2024. As a result of the early completion, the concessionaire, Hathras Highways Private Limited, is entitled to an early completion bonus of ₹14.28 crore, payable by NHAI along with the first annuity payment.
