
PNB Housing Finance Limited reported a strong set of earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), highlighting continued growth momentum and improving profitability.
The company’s net profit after tax for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹550.38 crore, marking an increase of 25% year-on-year compared to ₹439.25 crore in the same quarter last year.
Total income for the quarter rose to ₹2,036.78 crore, up 12.3% from ₹1,813.97 crore reported in Q4 FY24. Revenue from operations during the quarter came in at ₹2,021.85 crore, significantly higher than ₹1,809.95 crore in the corresponding period a year ago.
Interest income for Q4 FY25 was ₹1,905.92 crore compared to ₹1,692.90 crore in Q4 FY24, reflecting improved loan book performance. Fees and commission income also grew marginally to ₹109.48 crore, while net gain on fair value changes stood at ₹6.45 crore for the quarter.
On the expenses side, total expenses for the quarter were ₹1,325.57 crore, compared to ₹1,254.16 crore in the year-ago period. Finance costs increased to ₹1,178.05 crore, up from ₹1,069.70 crore a year ago, largely due to the rising interest rate environment.
PNB Housing’s Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹711.21 crore, higher than ₹559.81 crore reported in Q4 FY24. Tax expenses for the quarter were ₹160.83 crore.
For the full fiscal year 2024-25, the company reported a net profit of ₹1,936.14 crore, compared to ₹1,508.01 crore in FY24, indicating a strong year-on-year growth of approximately 28.4%.
The steady rise in profitability and income reflects PNB Housing’s focus on prudent risk management, strong loan disbursals, and cost optimization strategies.
