Newgen Software Technologies has announced a major international contract win through its wholly owned UK subsidiary, Newgen Software Technologies (UK) Limited. The company shared that it has signed a Master Service Agreement with a United Kingdom–based customer for delivering Newgen software licenses, AWS-managed cloud services and complete implementation support. The total value of this multi-year agreement stands at GBP £1,468,804, marking a strong addition to the company’s global order book.
According to the disclosure filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, the customer’s identity is not disclosed due to confidentiality terms. However, Newgen clarified that the partner is an overseas entity operating in the UK. This contract involves deploying Newgen’s enterprise-grade Contract Management platform, which will help the customer streamline creation and management of key policy documents across the organisation.
The duration of the engagement is three years, during which Newgen will provide end-to-end support across licensing, cloud hosting on AWS and implementation. The company also confirmed that the agreement is purely commercial in nature and does not fall under related-party transactions as defined under the Companies Act, 2013. There is no involvement or interest from the promoter or promoter group in the awarding entity.
This new contract highlights Newgen’s growing demand in international markets, especially within Europe, where businesses continue shifting to efficient digital process automation.
