Nesco Limited has received the Intimation of Disapproval (IOD) from Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for its ambitious Tower 2 project at Nesco Center, Goregaon (East), Mumbai. Spanning 5.01 million sqft, this state-of-the-art development will feature a cutting-edge IT Park and one of the largest hotels in India.
IT Park
The 1.65 million sqft IT Park is designed to offer premium office spaces for leading enterprises, incorporating modern workspaces, sustainability features, and top-tier amenities. The project is expected to generate direct employment for approximately 24,500 professionals.
Hotel
Tower 2 will also house a 732-room luxury hotel with 172 serviced apartments, positioning it as India’s largest hotel (as per internal surveys). Offering world-class hospitality, business and banquet facilities, and premium dining, the hotel aims to cater to corporate travelers and host large-scale weddings and events.
Project Timeline & Sustainability
Designed by Aedas, a globally renowned architectural firm, construction is set to commence in Q3 FY 2025-26 and will span 48 months. Nesco is committed to green building practices, ensuring an eco-friendly and energy-efficient development. The project will be funded primarily through internal accruals.
