NCC Limited has informed stock exchanges about the demise of its Senior Executive Vice President (Commercial), Sri N Bangar Raju, who passed away on February 15, 2026.
In a regulatory filing dated February 16, 2026, the company stated that Bangar Raju was a part of the senior management team and had been associated with NCC for over three decades. The company described his sudden demise as an irreparable loss to the organisation.
According to the disclosure made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bangar Raju served as Sr. EVP (Commercial) and was an integral member of the leadership team. The filing further confirmed that his demise occurred on February 15, 2026.
The company has placed the required details under the SEBI Master Circular on Listing Regulations in Annexure A of its filing and requested the exchanges to take the information on record.
