NBCC (India) Limited has informed that its wholly owned subsidiary, HSCC (India) Limited, has signed a Strategic Collaboration Memorandum of Understanding with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL).
As per the disclosure, the collaboration is intended to cover healthcare manufacturing and services-related activities. The scope includes manufacturing and supply of medical devices, healthcare IT and digital solutions, consultancy services, project execution, joint procurement, annual maintenance contracts, warranty support, and advisory services. The exact scope and commercial terms for each project will be finalised through separate, project-specific agreements.
The Memorandum of Understanding has been executed in the normal course of business of HSCC (India) Limited. At this stage, no individual project value, timelines, or financial commitments have been disclosed.
NBCC clarified that the collaboration does not involve any immediate binding obligations and is framework-based in nature, subject to further agreements for specific assignments as and when opportunities arise.
