Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited (NHL) has announced that its wholly owned overseas subsidiary, Health City Cayman Islands Ltd. (HCCI), has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with 2070 Health Inc., W Health Ventures GP LLC, and Everhope Oncology Private Limited. The partnership aims to establish a network of specialized cancer treatment centers across India, focusing on chemotherapy services.

The newly incorporated entity, Everhope Oncology Private Limited, will function as a joint venture, with HCCI holding a 50% stake, while 2070 Health Inc. and W Health Ventures hold 20% and 30% stakes, respectively. The total investment is expected to reach USD 10 million over the next one to two years, with equity subscriptions occurring in three phases.

This strategic collaboration brings together global expertise to enhance cancer care accessibility in India. The agreement includes key provisions such as board representation, first rights on share transfers, and customary JV protections.

Narayana Hrudayalaya continues to strengthen its presence in the healthcare sector, expanding its oncology services to address the growing demand for specialized cancer treatment in India.
