Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited has entered into an Operation and Management Agreement with Kammavari Sangham, a registered society under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960. The collaboration aims to enhance healthcare infrastructure in the Bengaluru South region by establishing a state-of-the-art 110-bed hospital.

Under this agreement, M/s. Kammavari Sangham will develop the hospital facility, which will be managed and operated by Narayana Hrudayalaya. This strategic alliance is designed to expand access to quality healthcare services in the region, with operations expected to begin in FY 2026-27.

There is no shareholding between the parties, and the agreement does not include special rights such as board appointments or changes in capital structure. The terms focus on long-term operational control for Narayana Hrudayalaya, along with standard commercial obligations and representations.

This move is part of Narayana Hrudayalaya’s broader mission to deliver affordable and world-class healthcare. The new hospital will further strengthen its presence in Karnataka, supporting its commitment to expand patient-centric services across India.
