MSTC Limited has announced that the State Excise Department, Government of Karnataka, has entered into a selling agency agreement with the company for conducting e-auctions to grant licenses for liquor shops across the state.
Under this agreement, MSTC will be responsible for managing the entire e-auction process through its digital platforms.
The arrangement will remain valid until either party decides to terminate it. Revenue for MSTC will be generated as a commission on the highest bid value achieved during the auctions. The agreement is purely domestic in nature, and there is no promoter or group company interest involved.
