Max Estates Limited has successfully closed a major investment deal with New York Life Insurance Company (NYL), securing ₹391 crore for a 49% stake in two key commercial assets: Max Towers and Max House (Phase I & II), located in Noida and Delhi. Max Estates will retain a 51% stake in these properties.

This investment is part of NYL’s ongoing partnership with Max Estates, bringing the total commitment to ₹1,200 crore. The capital infusion will enhance Max Estates’ ability to expand in the rapidly growing real estate market in Delhi-NCR, focusing on both commercial and residential segments.

Sahil Vachani, MD & CEO of Max Estates, expressed confidence in the partnership, stating, “This capital infusion strengthens our financial capabilities and supports our vision to deliver top-tier projects while maintaining a strong capital structure.”

The funds will be directed towards expansion in the residential sector and other emerging opportunities, with a target of acquiring 3 million square feet of development annually.

Max Estates’ successful QIP now provides the company with over ₹1,200 crore in growth capital, positioning it for aggressive expansion in the Delhi-NCR real estate market.
