The company reported its best-ever quarterly pre-sales and delivered strong growth across collections, business development, and balance sheet management.
Record-Breaking Pre-Sales in Q4FY25
Macrotech Developers achieved pre-sales of INR 48.1 billion in Q4FY25, registering a 14% YoY growth and 7% QoQ increase. This takes the company’s full-year FY25 pre-sales to INR 176.3 billion, reflecting a robust 21% YoY growth. The company has surpassed its annual guidance, showcasing consistent delivery and a strong demand pipeline.
Strong Collections
The company recorded collections of INR 44.4 billion in Q4FY25, marking a significant 26% YoY growth. For the full year, collections stood at INR 144.9 billion, up 29% YoY, driven by timely execution and a focused customer-centric approach.
Strategic Business Development
In Q4FY25, Macrotech Developers expanded its presence in Pune with two new projects totaling a GDV of INR 43 billion. With this addition, the company now operates in nine locations across Pune, strengthening its position in one of India’s most dynamic real estate markets.
For FY25, the company added 10 new projects (excluding digital infrastructure) with a total GDV of ~INR 237 billion across MMR, Bengaluru, and Pune, exceeding the FY25 guidance of INR 210 billion.
Digital Infrastructure Expansion
In the digital infra space, the company made strategic strides by adding two new warehousing and industrial locations in NCR and Chennai. Additionally, Macrotech acquired its JV partner’s stake in the existing digital infra platform, reflecting its long-term commitment to growth in this segment.
Reduced Net Debt
Despite significant investments in land and project development, net debt was reduced by INR 3.2 billion in Q4FY25, bringing the total to INR 39.9 billion — well below the company’s target of 0.5x Net Debt/Equity.
