LT Foods Ltd, a billion-dollar global FMCG company known for its strong presence in the consumer food segment, has announced the appointment of Rohit Jaiswal as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of LT Foods Middle East DMCC, a step-down subsidiary of the company. The move underlines LT Foods’ intent to accelerate growth and deepen its footprint across the Middle East and Africa.
In his new role, Rohit Jaiswal will work closely with Gursajan Arora, CEO – Middle East Business, and will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic roadmap for regional expansion, operational excellence, and long-term business growth in MEA markets. His appointment comes at a time when LT Foods is actively strengthening its international operations and expanding its portfolio in high-growth regions.
Rohit brings with him over 27 years of extensive experience in the FMCG industry, spanning multiple categories, cultures, and geographies. His professional journey includes leadership roles across India, Bangladesh, the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and Central Asian countries, where he has successfully led complex businesses and delivered consistent performance in highly competitive environments.
Academically, Rohit is an MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore and an alumnus of INSEAD, France, and Stanford Graduate School of Business, California. His strong academic foundation, combined with deep industry expertise, positions him well to drive LT Foods’ strategic ambitions in the region.
Over the course of his career, Rohit has held senior leadership positions at some of the most respected names in the FMCG and healthcare sectors, including Colgate-Palmolive, Marico Limited, Dabur International, and Dr. Reddy’s. His track record includes building scalable business models, leading cross-cultural teams, and implementing growth-focused strategies across emerging and developed markets.
