This project, managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels Private Limited, is expected to open in FY 2028. The upcoming resort is situated at an altitude of 1,768 meters, offering breathtaking views of lush tea gardens, dense forests, and the majestic Kanchenjunga mountain range, making it an ideal destination for travelers seeking serenity and natural beauty.
The resort will feature 50 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a meeting room, a banquet, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and public areas to cater to diverse guest needs. Located approximately 55 kilometers from Bagdogra Airport and 50 kilometers from Siliguri Railway Station, the property is well-connected by road and public transport, ensuring ease of access.
