Landmark Cars Limited, one of the leading players in India’s premium automotive retail sector, has announced the sale of its Jeep Punjab business, which includes two showrooms and one workshop. This strategic move marks the company’s complete exit from the state of Punjab, aligning with its efforts to streamline operations and optimize costs.
The decision to sell these locations follows a careful review of Landmark Cars’ operational strategy. The showrooms and workshop in Punjab had been operational for several years. However, since these assets had already been fully depreciated, the sale is expected to have minimal financial impact on the company’s books.
