Krystal Integrated Services Limited has been awarded a major security services contract by SVC Co-Operative Bank Limited, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday, March 25. The company will provide security services across various offices and branches of the bank located throughout India.
The contract, valued at Rs 4,48,15,487.52 per annum (excluding taxes and duties), is set to commence from May 1, 2025, and will run until March 31, 2027. This domestic agreement reinforces Krystal’s footprint in facility management and allied services.
Krystal clarified that neither its promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the contract-awarding entity, confirming that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
The announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
