Shares of Krystal Integrated Services were in focus after the company informed exchanges that it has received a new work order worth approximately Rs 111 crore from the Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation.
In a regulatory filing dated January 12, 2026, Krystal Integrated Services said the contract is for door-to-door collection, segregation and transportation of municipal solid waste, including street cleaning and transportation to designated locations, in compliance with the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.
The order has been awarded for Prabhag “F” and will be executed over a five-year period. The company clarified that the contract has been received in the ordinary course of business and is classified as a domestic order.
According to the disclosure, the approximate contract value stands at Rs 111 crore, excluding all duties and taxes. Krystal also confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
The company added that the work order was issued on January 9, 2026, and formally received on January 12, 2026.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the latest SEBI master circular dated November 11, 2024.
