Kranti Industries Limited on Friday informed the exchanges that it has secured a purchase order worth approximately ₹35.40 lakh from Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited – Machine Tool Prototype Factory (AVNL–MTPF), a Defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence.
According to the company’s filing, the order is for the machining of precision components for defence applications, and has been classified as a domestic contract. The order is expected to be executed within six months.
Kranti Industries also clarified that the promoters or promoter group have no interest in the awarding entity and that the transaction does not fall under related-party dealings.
This marks a continuation of the company’s recent defence-related orders, as referenced in its earlier intimations dated November 28 and December 6, 2025.
