KPI Green Energy Limited announced that it has received three Letters of Award (LOAs) from SJVN Limited, a Government of India enterprise, for a 200 MW (AC) solar EPC and O&M project at the GIPCL Renewable Energy Park in Khavda, Gujarat .
The total order value stands at Rs 696.50 crore (excluding GST) and includes:
- Rs 486.89 crore for supply of all plant and equipment at site,
- Rs 178.27 crore for erection, testing, commissioning, and civil works, and
- Rs 31.34 crore for a comprehensive three-year operation and maintenance (O&M) contract following commercial operation.
This project strengthens KPI Green’s foothold in Khavda, where the company is already executing a 645 MWp solar cluster. With this addition, the KP Group’s total portfolio at Khavda now exceeds 845 MWp, consolidating its position as a leading renewable EPC and developer in one of India’s largest green energy zones .
The company noted that the award from a major PSU like SJVN reinforces its execution capabilities and integrated business model, covering the complete lifecycle from equipment supply to long-term O&M, ensuring recurring revenue visibility.
SJVN Limited, a Mini-Ratna Category-I PSU jointly owned by the Government of India and the Government of Himachal Pradesh, is a key player in the country’s renewable power expansion drive.
